Maronite College of the Holy Family – Parramatta is a K-12 Co-educational Catholic College under the administration of the Maronite Sisters of the Holy Family with an enrolment of over 1,300 students. We guide, challenge and encourage our students to achieve.

<p>The College is seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our Secondary school in the HSIE Department.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be highly competent to teach Stage 4-5 HSIE (History, Geography).<br />It is also desirable for competence to teach Stage 5 Commerce, and Stage 6 Ancient History, Modern History or Business Studies </p><p><strong>This position commences in Term 1, 2025</strong></p><p>Specific Criteria:</p><ul><li>Be passionate about quality Catholic education. </li><li>Possess a proven understanding of quality teaching.</li><li>Excellent classroom management.</li><li>Be able to be part of a collaborative professional learning team.</li><li>Proven record as a teacher in the subject area. </li><li>Excellent pedagogical practices including implementing ICT.  </li><li>Have the ability to improve student learning.</li><li>Be willing to contribute and participate in the College’s extra curricular activities.</li><li>Be committed to ongoing professional learning. </li></ul><p>For further information regarding the role, please contact the Head of College, Mr Elie Asmar, via email easmar&#64;mchf.nsw.edu.au</p><p><strong>Early applications are appreciated to assist the interview process.
