St Mary's College is looking for a dedicated and personable IT Helpdesk Officer to join our team! In this front-facing role, you'll be the go-to person for students and staff, providing essential support through our Service Desk. You'll manage IT requests, log and escalate tickets, and ensure top-notch customer service.

<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p><strong>Commencement Date:</strong> ASAP (start date to be negotiated with successful candidate)<br /><strong>Classification Level:</strong> Grade 3, Subclassification: Resources Stream</p><p>St Mary&#39;s College is seeking a dedicated and personable IT Helpdesk Officer to join our team. This front-facing role involves providing essential support to students and staff by managing IT requests through our Service Desk. You&#39;ll be responsible for logging and escalating tickets, ensuring high standards of customer service, and delivering IT training to students across the College.</p><p>This is a permanent part-time role working 20-30 hours per week (to be negotiated with the successful applicant).</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You have a strong interest in IT and enjoy helping others navigate technical challenges. Your excellent communication skills and approachable nature make you a trusted point of contact for our staff and students. You’re quick to learn new systems and processes, and you’re always looking for ways to improve service delivery.
