They should inspire students, demonstrate expertise in curriculum differentiation, and employ strategies that cater to different learning styles. Additionally, the teacher must ensure professional compliance, support departmental policies, and deliver quality teaching experiences that develop students into extraordinary learners.<br><br><strong>About you</strong><br><br>The Visual Arts teacher will be responsible for classroom teaching and co-curricular activities for Years 3-6, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Visual Arts curriculum and contemporary learning theories. Key duties include lesson planning, student assessment, fostering a love for Visual Arts, maintaining effective relationships with students, staff, and parents, and coordinating teaching programs and co-curricular activities. The role also requires computer literacy, regular self-evaluation, and a commitment to professional development.
