It requires comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge in this field. It also supports the front counter administrative requirements of Reception Services within Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong's office location in Wollongong. Applicants will be supportive of the ethos and mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Wollongong and understand the key purpose of this position as a focused customer service role, ultimately serving the needs of the students and staff in our Catholic schools.</p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of three years experience in an office administration environment</li><li>Demonstrated experience in coordinating domestic travel bookings, liaising with hotel operators, flight carriers and cabcharge</li><li>Able to demonstrate evidence of monthly reconciliation of complex travel charges</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on customer service</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with staff across teams and external suppliers in the delivery of services</li><li>Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines</li><li>Proficiency and experience in Google and MS Office suite of applications</li><li>Possess excellent communication skills</li><li>A positive approach to work and ability to take initiative<br><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Certificate III in Travel or Business Administration</li></ul><p>WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE</p><p>This role is classified as child related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us.</p><p><strong>POSITION APPLICATION</strong></p><p>Applicants are to complete an online application which asks to briefly address the essential criteria (the dot points in the ‘ABOUT THE ROLE’ section of this position advertisement).
