It is an exciting time to join St Joseph’s as we are experiencing a period of substantial growth. We are looking for a full time Deputy Principal – Learning Diversity to join our team, based at the Geelong campus.

<p><strong>Deputy Principal – Learning Diversity – Geelong Campus </strong></p><p>In 2025, the newly named Saints College - Geelong Campus, currently St Joseph’s Special Assistance School, is seeking two experienced leaders to shape the future of our school during this exciting transition. </p><p>Since 2012, we have led the way in radically inclusive education, supporting students with diverse challenges. We are an inclusive school for 12-25 year olds seeking an alternative to mainstream education. Our environment celebrates all abilities and backgrounds, providing transformative learning experiences catering to individual needs. </p><p>We operate multiple campuses located in North Melbourne, Geelong, Colac, Ballarat, and a dual engagement virtual learning campus, BlendED. In 2025, we will expand our offerings with the opening of three new campuses in Fitzroy North, Sunshine, and Bungaree, as part of our growth strategy to establish additional campuses in the future.</p><p>The young people we serve often face significant and complex educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal, or familial challenges, which demand unique interventions.
