POSITIONS OF LEADERSHIP Tenure: 28 January 2025 – 26 January 2028. Ongoing teaching position. Inspired by our Franciscan tradition, we are a high-performing school emphasising innovative, student-centred programs where each student is known and nurtured.

<p>Following ratification of an innovative Positions of Leadership (POL) framework for 2025 - 2027, applications are now invited from engaging, inspirational educators for (re-advertised) Positions of Leadership roles:</p><p> </p><p><strong>     * POL 3 - Year Level Leader</strong></p><p><strong>     * POL 2 - Religious Education Learning Leader </strong></p><p><strong>     * POL 2 - Learning Enhancement Leader</strong></p><p><strong>     * POL 2 - Performing Arts Learning Leader</strong></p><p> </p><p>The leadership roles will have a three (3) year tenure, with an ongoing teaching position associated with the appointment. The commencement date is Tuesday 28 January 2025.</p><p>The successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children. </p><p>The full terms and conditions are in accordance with the CEMEA (2022). </p><p>The successful applicants will be required to have current VIT registration. </p><p><br />Leadership at Ave Maria College is Christ centred and grounded in the Gospels and our Franciscan Tradition.
