<p>Applications are sought for positions as full-time and part-time Campus Learning Enhancement Organisers commencing in 2025.</p><p><strong>Padua College</strong> provides a contemporary Catholic secondary co-education for young people within the regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay. It inspires, challenges, and provides direction.<br />We want every person to:</p><p>• recognise and utilise their God-given talents;</p><p>• be the best they can be; and</p><p>• make a positive impact on their world.</p><p><i><strong><u>Our Core Values:</u></strong></i></p><p>a) We welcome and affirm</p><p>b) We inspire growth of the whole person</p><p>c) We create a love of learning</p><p>d) We build positive relationships</p><p>e) We embrace diversity</p><p>f) We show compassion for those in need</p><p>g) We reconcile and forgive</p><p>h) We work for a just and peaceful world</p><p><strong>OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE</strong></p><p>The role of the Learning Enhancement Team at Padua College is to provide an inclusive education and to enhance educational opportunities for all students. The full inclusion of students with disability has a positive impact upon the learning and teaching environment for all. </p><p>The Campus Learning Enhancement Organiser (CLEO) will assist the Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinators (CLEC) in meeting obligations and compliance with regulatory authorities. They will support and work collaboratively with all members of the Learning Enhancement Team and wider teaching staff on the Campus to support staff in catering for the needs of students who require additional assistance to reach their full potential.</p><p>The College Learning Enhancement Organisers are key members of the Learning Enhancement Team under the direction of the Director of Learning Enhancement (DLE), College Learning Enhancement Administrator (CLEA) and Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinators (CLEC). The CLEO reports to the DLE, CLEA, CLEC and the Head of Campus/Director of Campus. Please note that the CLEO may be required to assist with administrative tasks at other campuses as required. This Position Description is subject to review and modification by the Principal and nominee at any time in response to the changing needs of the College<i>. </i></p><p><strong>MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY</strong></p><p>The major areas of responsibility of the Campus Learning Enhancement Organiser are:</p><ol><li>In collaboration with the CLEC, supporting Data Collection and Data Integrity within the Campus.</li><li>Supporting the CLEA with Human Resource Management of the Learning Support Officer team on their campus.</li><li>Overseeing the Learning Hub and its students.</li><li>Coordinating the timetables of Learning Support Officers each semester at their campus.</li><li>performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>SALARY REMUNERATION</strong>: According to the CEMEA 2022, $74,334.00 - $84,225.00 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
