The CLEO reports to the DLE, CLEA, CLEC and the Head of Campus/Director of Campus. Please note that the CLEO may be required to assist with administrative tasks at other campuses as required. This Position Description is subject to review and modification by the Principal and nominee at any time in response to the changing needs of the College<i>. </i></p><p><strong>MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY</strong></p><p>The major areas of responsibility of the Campus Learning Enhancement Organiser are:</p><ol><li>In collaboration with the CLEC, supporting Data Collection and Data Integrity within the Campus.</li><li>Supporting the CLEA with Human Resource Management of the Learning Support Officer team on their campus.</li><li>Overseeing the Learning Hub and its students.</li><li>Coordinating the timetables of Learning Support Officers each semester at their campus.</li><li>performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>SALARY REMUNERATION</strong>: According to the CEMEA 2022, $74,334.00 - $84,225.00 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
