<p>Applications are sought for the position of full-time College Learning Enhancement Administrator commencing in 2025.</p><p><strong>Padua College</strong> provides a contemporary Catholic secondary co-education for young people within the regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay. The full inclusion of students with disability has a positive impact upon the learning and teaching environment for all.</p><p>The College Learning Enhancement Administrator (CLEA) assists the Director of Learning Enhancement (DLE) and Learning Enhancement Coordinators (CLEC) in meeting obligations and compliance with regulatory authorities. They will support and work collaboratively with all members of the Learning Enhancement Team and wider teaching staff at the College to support staff in catering for the needs of students who require additional assistance to reach their full potential.</p><p>The College Learning Enhancement Administrator is a key member of the Learning Enhancement Team under the direction of the Director of Learning Enhancement and reports to the Director of Learning Enhancement and the Director of Business. This Position Description is subject to review and modification by the Principal at any time in response to the changing needs of the College<i>. </i></p><p><strong>MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY </strong></p><p>The major areas of responsibility of the College Learning Enhancement Administrator (CLEA) include but are not limited to: </p><ol><li>Responsibility for Data Collection and Data Integrity within the College whilst adhering to College and NCCD requirements as well as Government regulations;</li><li>Human Resource Management of the Campus Learning Enhancement Officers (CLEO) and the Learning Support Office (LSO) team; </li><li>performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>SALARY REMUNERATION</strong>: According to the CEMEA 2022, $84,951.00 - $96,763.00 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
