The Business Manager&#39;s main role is supporting the Principal in managing all areas of business administration, finance, risk management, along with resource, property and facility management and development. The role also shares responsibility for leadership of the school&#39;s vision, mission and strategic priorities and contributes to the life and management of the school. The ideal applicant has extensive leadership experience and a strong financial and business background.</p><p><i><u>This position is a permanent part time position, across 5 business days, from 8.30am to 12.00pm </u></i><br /><i><u>(minimum 17.5 hours a week).</u></i></p><p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p><ol><li>Tertiary qualifications in accounting.</li><li>Working towards the membership of a professional accounting body. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in financial and accounting operations. </li><li>Knowledge and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills to operate in an environment managing confidential sensitive information. </li><li>An understanding of and commitment to the ethos of Catholic education.</li><li>Compliance with relevant WHS legislative and related school requirements</li><li>NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card). </li></ol><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p>Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is committed to a Child Safe school environment and has extensive recruitment and screening processes in place.</p><p>To apply, please submit a cover letter and a current resume including three professional referees to the Principal at: stephen.versteegh&#64;nt.catholic.edu.au</p><p>For further information, please phone 08 8924 8700 during office hours.</p>
