The Business Services PA is directly accountable to the Business Manager. It is the responsibility of the Business Services PA to support the Business Services of the College, primarily in secretarial and administrative functions.

<ul><li>Secretarial and administrative duties for the Business Manager and delegates as directed, and in accordance with regulatory and legal obligations.</li><li>Duties include:<ul><li>Minutes and Agendas for meetings</li><li>Administration support for Master Plan Projects</li><li>Create, format and update key documents</li><li>Scan and file documents for archive on File Director</li><li>Administrative tasks</li><li>Prepare letters and correspondence</li><li>Diary management</li></ul></li><li>Assist with efficient communication flow to and from the Business Manager</li><li>Back up for Reception duties as required</li><li>Other duties as directed by the Business Manager or Principal</li></ul>
