<p>As a visionary leader, the successful candidate will join the College’s Leadership Team as the <strong>Deputy Head of Junior School PYP, Learning and Teaching</strong>. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Deputy Principal, Head of Junior School, and fellow senior leaders, setting an inspiring example for staff and shaping a dynamic learning environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Uphold and promote the Christian ethos of our Lutheran School, providing spiritual guidance to staff and students.</li><li>Build and nurture effective relationships with staff, students, parents, and the broader community.</li><li>Lead the promotion, coordination, resourcing, and implementation of the Primary Years Programme (PYP), ensuring collaborative planning, teaching, and assessment.</li><li>Ensure the PYP is fully aligned with the Australian Curriculum, meeting national educational standards.</li><li>Demonstrate outstanding leadership and management to drive educational excellence and organisational success.</li><li>Communicate with the International Baccalaureate and other PYP schools on behalf of the College. </li></ul><p>You will be supported by a strong team of Junior School staff and will work alongside the <strong>Deputy Principal, Head of Junior School</strong> and the <strong>Deputy Head of Junior School, Pastoral</strong>.</p>
