<p><strong>• Tudor House, Moss Vale – 169-acre regional campus</strong><br /><strong>• Make a difference in the lives of our students </strong><br /><strong>• Provide additional support individual students and small groups </strong><br /><br /><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong><br /><br />The King’s School is seeking applications from talented and passionate teachers who are qualified in Learning Support, to join our Educational Support Services Department. <br /><br />This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic team who inspire excellence in teaching and learning by fostering intellectual inquiry, demonstrating innovative pedagogy, supporting research and developmental opportunities for staff; and providing data driven leadership and decision-making. <br /><br /><i><strong>Please note, this is a permanent full-time opportunity based at Tudor House in Moss Vale, Southern Highlands for a January 2025 start.</strong></i><br /><br /><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong><br /><br />The School values humility, honesty, respect, responsibility, integrity, compassion, excellence and gratitude. As such, we see the importance of recruiting talent aligned with these values.<br />The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate:<br /><br />• Completion of Master of Special Education or equivalent<br />• Experience in Learning Support Programs<br />• Experience in using a range of assessments, analysing assessments, and using this information to inform teaching<br />• Teaching skills and capabilities<br />• Ability to create Individual Education Plans<br />• Strong communication skills<br />• A high level of collaborative practice<br />• A commitment to professional learning and continuous improvement<br /><br /><strong>ABOUT US</strong><br /><br />The King’s School, Australia's oldest independent school, is a Christian community that seeks to make an outstanding impact for the good of society.
