At present, we are inviting applications for a Permanent full-time Admissions Coordinator commencing this year or early 2025 (to be negotiated). Reporting to the Head of Admissions, and working closely with a diverse and friendly team of staff at our iconic harbourside campus, you will be engaged to undertake a range of tasks relating to student admissions.

<p>Kincoppal-Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart, founded in 1882, is a leading Catholic Independent Day and Boarding School located in Sydney&#39;s Eastern Suburbs. The School is co-educational ELC-6, and girls only 7-12.</p><p>At present, we are inviting applications for a <strong>Permanent full-time Admissions Coordinator</strong> commencing this year or early 2025 (to be negotiated). Reporting to the Head of Admissions, and working closely with a diverse and friendly team of staff at our iconic harbourside campus, you will be engaged to undertake a range of tasks relating to student admissions. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer the end-to-end admissions process</li><li>Build and maintain professional working relationships with current and potential students, staff, parents, and other stakeholders, including representing the School at functions  </li><li>Ensure that internal and external information on various platforms is relevant, current, and easily accessible </li><li>Coordinate programs and other initiatives relating to enrolments (e.g. information sessions, open days etc)</li><li>Research and implement best practice initiatives that promote an exceptional admissions service  </li><li>Collaborate between the Admissions Office and other areas in the school to provide an integrated Admissions process</li><li>Adhere to all legal requirements for enrolment of students are met </li><li>Ensure that all relevant systems are up-to-date and fit for purpose</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal candidate: </strong></p><ul><li>Sound understanding of an independent school setting.
