The School, one of three primary schools in the St Michael’s Parish, boasts vibrant, modern classrooms that are well-appointed and resourced.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Classification:</strong> Position of Leadership Level 3 </li><li><strong>Tenure: </strong>3 years, with a possible second period of appointment</li><li><strong>Start Date:</strong> 28 January 2025</li></ul><p>St Michael’s Primary School, Berwick is seeking a faith-filled, inspirational and dynamic Religious Education Leader to work in partnership with our staff, students, parents and parish community. </p><p>The role of the Religious Education Leader is to support the Principal and leadership team in managing the planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of the education of all students at St Michael’s Primary School. </p><p>It will involve working closely with the Principal and the strategic deployment of resources, which reflect the following key priorities:</p><ul><li>Enlivening faith education and Catholic identity</li><li>Improved learning outcomes for all students</li><li>Strengthening and development of expert teacher practice, leadership formation and capacity building</li><li>Ongoing commitment to effective and supportive governance.</li></ul><p><br />We are seeking a suitably qualified applicant with a proven record of leadership.The position will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis for three years, with the opportunity for renewal.
