<p>Columba's Primary School in Yeoval is seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to lead our vibrant educational community. As the educational leader of our school, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students and nurturing a positive learning environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Spiritual Leadership:</strong> Embody the Catholic faith and values, providing spiritual guidance and fostering an environment that promotes faith formation and values-based education.</li><li><strong>Educational Excellence:</strong> Set high standards for both students and staff performance, ensuring a commitment to academic excellence, growth, and achievement for all members of the school community.</li><li><strong>Professional Development:</strong> Support and supervise the learning and growth of dedicated teachers, promoting continuous professional development and growth.</li><li><strong>Relational Trust:</strong> Promote an atmosphere of mutual respect and positive, professional, and caring relationships among students, parents, teachers, and staff.</li><li><strong>Equity and Sustainability:</strong> Prioritise equity and sustainability in the allocation of resources, building a high-performing school consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church.</li><li><strong>Leadership Accountability:</strong> Report to the Executive Director of Schools while upholding the vision and mission of Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst through Religious, Educational, and Enabling Leadership.</li></ul><p>As the Principal Leader of St. Columba's, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that aligns with the principles of Catholic education.
