We are seeking an experienced IB teacher for the role if IB Diploma Coordinator at the School. The key focus of this role is to coordinate the delivery of the IB Diploma Programme in Years 11 and 12.

<p><strong>Fixed Term - Full-Time - One year contract</strong></p><p>The IB Diploma Coordinator&#39;s key focus is to coordinate the delivery of the IB Diploma Programme in Years 11 and 12. The Coordinator carries out effective leadership and administrative functions of the Programme; works closely with leadership in supporting the educational development of students and staff; and promotes parent and community awareness of the programme. In doing so, the Coordinator ensures that the teaching and learning is in line with the principles and practices of the IB Diploma Programme. </p><p>The successful candidate in this role will be a passionate, collaborative educator with excellent knowledge of both the content of the IB Diploma Programme and the administrative requirements to run the programme effectively and efficiently. Working with an excellent teaching team you will support students through their IB journey; liaising with teachers, students and parents and promoting awareness of the programme throughout the School community.</p><p>This fixed-term, full-time contract has a teaching load of 60-70% and also attracts additional payment in the form of a level 10 responsibility allowance. This one year contract commences on 1 January 2025.
