<p><strong>Positions available in 2025</strong><br /><br /><strong>Full time permanent | Full time fixed term maternity leave cover Term 1-4 | Part time fixed term maternity leave cover 2 days per week Term 1-4 (Thursdays and Fridays)</strong></p><p>Scots All Saints College is an independent, multi-campus Preparatory – Year 12 co-educational day and boarding school located in Bathurst, Central West NSW. </p><p>The College is a school of the Presbyterian Church of Australia and provides unparalleled space and learning opportunities in an environment where students can develop academically, culturally, socially and spiritually.</p><p>The Junior School Classroom Teacher works as a member of the Scots All Saints College Academic Team on the Junior School Campus. Strong verbal and written communication, motivational, organizational, and leadership skills are among those most essential to this position. In this role, individuals should be energetic and enthusiastic, displaying a high level of tolerance, patience, and support. They should be good listeners and enjoy working with children. </p><p>The Junior School Classroom Teacher should be comfortable interacting with those of various backgrounds and professional levels, from parents to school administrators. In addition to these important abilities, the Junior School Classroom Teacher must possess the skills in:</p><ul><li>Creating lesson plans and assisting in curriculum development;</li><li>Applying various instructional strategies; and</li><li>Managing classroom activities and student behaviour.</li></ul><p>The successful candidate will have:</p><ul><li>A Bachelor of Teaching Degree (K-6) or equivalent and NESA registration to teach in NSW</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a large and diverse team</li><li>Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism</li><li>Highly refined communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to uphold and promote the Christian values and College Ethos</li><li>A current Working with Children Check</li></ul>
