As an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>Mount St Joseph Catholic College Milperra's</strong> values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.&nbsp;<br><br>Your responsibilities include but are not be limited to:</p><ul><li>responsible for the day-to-day accounting procedures, including accounts payable, receivable and banking reconciliation</li><li>assist the Business Manager with fee collection and bursary applications in a manner that respect the dignity of families</li><li>assist the Business Manager with providing key direction in school spending, budgets, assets, site, buildings, finances, fees and non-educational data analysis</li><li>delivering high level administrative support to the school leadership and support staff</li><li>managing financial administration as required</li><li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li><li>any other duties as directed by the Principal.</li></ul><p><br>To thrive in this role, you will possess:</p><ul><li>proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks</li><li>competence in financial and/or administrative management</li><li>valuable qualities such as tact, reliability, and the ability to work in a team effectively</li><li>a commitment to honesty, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality</li><li>strong interpersonal and organisational abilities</li><li>familiarity with technologies such as Google Suite,Oracle, Microsoft Office software, Google Chrome, Compass and CiAnywhere.</li></ul><p><br>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a minimum of five years of administrative/clerical experience</li><li>experience in a team leader/supervisor or personal/executive assistant capacity</li><li>proficiency in financial and administrative management.a Certificate III/IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
