<p>As a Senior School Teacher, your role is to plan and deliver a tailored curriculum to students in Years 9 – 12. The role will involve working collaboratively with the Senior School team and integrating innovative approaches into the program.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and deliver a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the needs of Senior School students (Years 9-12).</li><li>Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and academic requirements within the classroom.</li><li>Develop and prepare course materials.</li><li>Work collaboratively with other members of the Senior School team to foster a cohesive and supportive educational environment.</li><li>Establish a rapport with students to create inclusive, supportive learning environments.</li><li>Engage in curriculum development activities, incorporating innovative approaches into the programs across Physics, Information Technology/Digital Technologies and English.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, stay current with subject matter expertise, and contribute to the school&#39;s commitment to continuous improvement.</li><li>Liaise with students and parents/caregivers to discuss student progress, address concerns, and provide support when needed.</li><li>Participate in the Pastoral Care program and if required, lead a Pastoral Care class.</li><li>Contribute to the school’s Co-curricular program.</li><li>Support the Christian ethos of the School.</li><li>Undertake administrative tasks, as required.</li></ul>
