We are seeking an experienced educational leader who is also an outstanding teacher to be our new Deputy Head of Primary School - Teaching and Learning.

<p><strong>Full-time, ongoing role, to commence Term 1 2025</strong></p><p> </p><p>Situated within moments of the CBD, International Grammar School (IGS) is Sydney&#39;s unique independent, coeducational, secular school offering quality teaching from Early Learning to Year 12. Our unique bilingual program immerses students in a second language every day. </p><p><i>Unity Through Diversity</i> is our vision for an equitable, inclusive and regenerative world. </p><p>We are seeking an experienced educational leader who is also an outstanding teacher to be our new Deputy Head of Primary School - Teaching and Learning. </p><p>The Deputy Head of Primary School - Teaching and Learning will have the responsibility of managing a high quality framework of teaching, learning, assessment and reporting within the Primary School. They will have a special strategic role to drive best practice syllabus familiarisation, programming, implementation and teacher training across every classroom in our Primary School as the NSW curriculum reform continues its evolution.</p><p>They will support the Head of Primary School in the development, implementation and revision of curriculum to promote the further development of a positive and academically focused learning environment, characterised by an expectation of high standards and personal achievement for all students in accordance with our school values.</p><p>The Deputy Head of Primary School - Teaching and Learning will be an energetic and collaborative leader, with high-powered communication skills.
