Not required to work in school holidays</li> <li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li> <li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong><br /> <br />As a <strong>Teacher Librarian</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br /> <br />To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p> <ul> <li>provide engaging learning experiences for students</li> <li>manage digital technologies and library resources</li> <li>support and drive contemporary teaching and learning ensuring that learning in the library is contemporary, inquiry based, rich in thinking and technology</li> <li>work in collaboration with the school's leadership team and classroom teachers to act as a catalyst for change and build teacher capacity to improve student outcomes</li> <li>manage, facilitate and develop the library space and resources both physical and digital, supported by the School Library Assistant</li> <li>promote the school as a place of learning and excellence in accordance with contemporary evidence-based learning, ensuring the ongoing development and implementation of pedagogical practices that impact student learning outcomes</li> <li>have sound knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School.</li> </ul> <p>You will have attained:</p> <ul> <li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li> <li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li> <li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per<a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"> Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br /> <br />Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
