Bayview students are kind, resourceful, inclusive and aspirational, learning “to believe, to think and to achieve” in new and creative ways best suited for the world in which they live. </p><p>This opportunity has arisen with the announcement of Dr Michelle Kearney’s retirement in July 2025 after 14 full and wonderful years of dedicated service in the pursuit of innovative practice. </p><p>As the CEO of Portland Christian Community College Ltd, the Principal collaborates with and supports the College Board to ensure the ongoing success of the College through the design, delivery and review the Strategic Plan. The Principal of Bayview College is deeply embedded in the life of the local community. This role will suit a person of Christian faith, an educational leader with the integrity, conviction, character and courage, who role models and proactively promotes a respectful and positive learning environment. Suitable for an aspirant or established Principal, the successful applicant will be passionate about playing an active part in delivering on the potential of education to transform lives.</p><p>The Principal’s role is to inform, guide, lead and empower staff, students and parents in their Christian faith.
