<p>The successful applicant will have a passion for literacy and be responsible for targeted teaching and growth of teachers and students. They will work well in a team and teach and instill in the students and staff, a love of literacy and learning.</p><p>The successful applicant will be a skilled classroom practitioner with a passion for Literacy, familiar with the Victorian Curriculum 2.0, who is able to collaborate with the Literacy Leader and Learning Culture Leader as part of a team working towards improving learning outcomes for all students at St Mary&#39;s. An enthusiasm for teaching and an understanding of the MACS 2030 strategy and Vision for Instruction is essential.<br /><br />St Mary&#39;s Greensborough Primary School is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p><p><u>Selection Criteria:</u></p><p>1. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to Literacy education, including the use of data and current pedagogical practices.</p><p>2. Capacity to translate a broad and contemporary knowledge of Literacy intervention into learning programs.</p><p>3. Developed organisational and time management skills with an ability to work independently and as a team.</p><p>4. Demonstrated capacity to coach and manage in ways that values and upholds high expectations of staff and students and that promote learning, growth and success.</p><p>5.
