<p>At St Thomas Aquinas Catholic School, we are committed to providing a holistic, inclusive, and faith-based education for all students. The Learning Diversity Leader is responsible for creating a positive learning environment that promotes growth in every student.  This will be achieved by supporting staff in the development and implementation of appropriate programs and adjustments that support the additional needs of students requiring learning support.</p><p>The Learning Diversity Leader will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing collection of evidence of adjustments to meet NCCD requirements, and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. As a member of staff, the Learning Diversity Leader will be responsible for developing respectful, collaborative relationships to contribute to a positive school climate and culture. Please see the attached role description for further information about the position. </p><p>Tenure is for 2 years and attracts a POL 3.
