Redeemer Lutheran College is pleased to invite applications from qualified teacher librarians to take on this full time permanent position commencing January 2025.

Redeemer College is seeking an experienced Teacher Librarian to take on this full time permanent position commencing 1 January 2025. The Teacher Librarian – Years 7 to 12, is responsible for the development of information resources and services in the Senior School.  The Teacher Librarian – Years 7 to 12 will work cooperatively with the team of library staff to manage the facilities, services, collections and programs in the Senior School Resource Centre. About the role: The position includes (but is not limited to) the following: <ul> <li>Integration of learning technologies into Learning and Teaching</li> <li>Support of the educational programmes in the Senior School</li> <li>Manage the facilities, collections and programs of the Senior School Resource Centre</li> <li>Supporting ongoing Professional Development/Professional Learning</li> <li>Willingness to contribute to diverse and inclusive communities and accept the responsibility to uphold the Christian Ethos of the College. </li> </ul> Skills and Experience: <ul> <li>Teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers or eligibility for such registration.</li> <li>Relevant tertiary qualifications with 2-3 years’ experience in a Senior School Resource setting.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in building positive relationships with students and providing excellent pastoral care to support their wellbeing and learning.</li> </ul>  Position Descriptions are available at <a href="http://www.redeemer.com.au/about-us/employment" rel="nofollow">www.redeemer.com.au/about-us/employment</a>
