<p>Applications should be addressed to Mr Adam Ayling, Acting Head of Junior School and submitted as one combined PDF file via email to <a href="mailto:jobs&#64;redeemer.com.au" rel="nofollow">jobs&#64;redeemer.com.au</a>  before 4:00pm on Monday 7 October. The PDF File should in the following order include:</p><ul><li>letter of application (one page);</li><li>curriculum vitae (three pages maximum);</li><li>the name, organisation, position, contact phone numbers of three referees, at least two of whom can speak to your current professional practice.  </li><li>response to the selection criteria, 300 word limit for each criterion (see below)  </li></ul><p>Your response should address the following selection criteria:</p><ol><li>Proven capacity for student support in a mixed ability classroom</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of support required for neuro-diverse students and students with disabilities</li><li>Capacity to work in a team environment</li></ol><p><i>Applications must be received electronically via </i><a href="mailto:jobs&#64;redeemer.com.au" rel="nofollow"><i>jobs&#64;redeemer.com.au</i></a><i> indicated above and not posted or hand delivered to the College.
