<p><strong>Role Details</strong></p><ul><li>Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity of the school and demonstrate a commitment to the vision of St Barbara&#39;s Parish School;</li><li>Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and utilise contemporary evidence based pedagogies;</li><li>Experience with InitialLit would be an advantage</li><li>Demonstrate highly developed skills and knowledge in designing inclusive learning programs that meet the specific needs of all learners, including the integration of the Digital Technologies;</li><li>Assess, record and report learner achievement;</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively within a professional learning community and develop positive relationships within a Year Level team, with staff, students and families;</li><li>Demonstrate a sound understanding of the implementation of Restorative Practices to develop self-regulation and personal responsibility;</li><li>Establish structure and processes to achieve a productive learning environment and cater for the wellbeing of all students;</li><li>Employ behaviour management strategies which ensure a safe, orderly and successful learning environment;</li><li>Be a dynamic educator who is committed to ongoing professional learning;</li><li>Ensure that confidential information is handled appropriately.</li></ul><p>Additional Information</p><p><strong>Qualifications and Training:</strong></p><ul><li>SA Teachers Registration;</li><li>Working with Children Check;</li><li>Approved Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care;</li><li>First Aid Certificate;</li><li>Be willing to undertake Teacher Accreditation in Catholic Education SA training, along with any other compulsory training necessary for the role.</li></ul><p><br /> </p>
