<p><strong>About You</strong><br /> <br />As a <strong>Leader of Learning: Maths (2pts)</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br /> <br />To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p>
<ul>
<li>support and contribute to leading a Christ-centered education and an inclusive environment for students</li>
<li>create, lead and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li>
<li>demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Maths and the ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues to promote student learning and achievement</li>
<li>lead quality programming, pedagogy, and formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li>
<li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li>
<li>demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student wellbeing</li>
<li>integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will have attained:</p>
<ul>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li>
<li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li>
</ul>
