Program Director - Teaching & Learning (Colac Campus) It is an exciting time to join St Joseph’s as we are experiencing a period of substantial growth. We are looking for a full time Program Director – Teaching & Learning to join our team, based at the Colac campus. You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing ASAP.

<p><strong>Program Director - Teaching &amp; Learning (Colac Campus)</strong></p><p>St Joseph’s offers an inclusive and non-discriminating learning community to young people, who for a variety of reasons, make the choice to attend a specialised learning environment. St Joseph’s operates across multiple campuses, located in North Melbourne, Geelong, Colac, Ballarat, and a dual engagement virtual learning campus, BlendED. The young people who attend have typically experienced one or more significant and complex educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal or familial situations which demand unique responses. Such interventions are embedded within the Operation By Principles framework, which combine education with an understanding of trauma-informed practice.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>It is an exciting time to join St Joseph’s as we are experiencing a period of substantial growth.</p><p>We are looking for a full time Program Director –Teaching &amp; Learning to join our team, based at the <strong>Colac campus</strong>.</p><p>You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing ASAP, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.</p><p>This position will attract a responsibility allowance for five years, until end of the 2029 school year.</p><p><strong>About the region</strong> </p><p>Close to the Surf Coast, Colac is located under an hour&#39;s drive from Geelong and two hours west of Melbourne. Situated in a diverse region through the hinterland forests of the Otway Ranges to the Great Ocean Road coastline, the City of Colac population is forecast to reach 20,000 by 2050. </p><p><strong>You will need:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles; <strong>Respect, Participation, Safe and Legal and Honesty</strong>.</li><li>Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.</li><li>3 years’ experience in a similar role</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience in staff support, development and professional supervision in education within collaborative multidisciplinary team settings.
