<p><strong>St Pius X Catholic Primary School, Dubbo</strong><br><strong>Co-educational, years K-6</strong><br><strong>Fixed Term, Full time Position</strong><br><strong>Commencing: Term 1 2025 (3 year initial term)</strong></p><p><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br>Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst is seeking a dedicated Catholic Principal to lead our vibrant educational community at St Pius X Catholic Primary School in Dubbo. As the educational leader of our school, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students and nurturing a positive learning environment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Religious Leadership:</strong> Embody the Catholic faith and values, providing formation for staff and students and fostering an environment that promotes faith formation and values-based education.</li><li><strong>Educational Excellence:</strong> Set high expectations for student and staff performance, ensuring a commitment to academic excellence, growth, and achievement for all members of the school community.</li><li><strong>Professional Development:</strong> Ensure opportunities for the learning and growth of teachers and staff, promoting continuous professional development and growth.</li><li><strong>Relational Trust:</strong> Promote an atmosphere of mutual respect and positive, professional, and caring relationships among students, parents, teachers, and staff.</li><li><strong>Equity and Sustainability:</strong> Prioritise equity and sustainability in the allocation of resources, building a high-performing school consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church.</li><li><strong>Leadership Accountability:</strong> Report to the Executive Director of Schools and uphold the vision and mission of Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst through Religious, Educational, and Enabling Leadership.</li></ol><p>As the Principal Leader of St Pius X, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that aligns with the principles of Catholic education.
