<p><strong>Domremy Catholic College Five Dock</strong><br><strong>Commencement Date:</strong> Thursday, 30 January 2025<br><strong>Closing Date:</strong> Thursday, 26 September 2024<br><strong>Capacity:</strong> Part-Time, Temporary<br><br>Domremy College is seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced Diverse Learning Coordinator for 2025. This is a temporary, 0.4fte job share position and attracts a Coordinator 2 point remuneration.<br><br><strong>About the role</strong><br><br>This role has great diversity and challenge involving the provision of education and pastoral care for students from Years 7 to 12 with a wide range of diverse learning needs. The position requires a teacher who aspires to be a Middle Leader and an educator who has a passion for working collaboratively.<br><br>As a member of Domremy College, the role requires a commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Presentation tradition.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Key Selection criteria</strong><br><br>The successful applicant will:</p><ul><li>demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of the Catholic school</li><li>show highly developed skills in leadership</li><li>be an innovative educator who is future-focused and has a passion for working collaboratively</li><li>collaborate with staff and parents to meet the wellbeing, pastoral and learning needs of students</li><li>be an active listener with excellent communication, verbal and written skills</li><li>be highly skilled in interpersonal relationships with students, staff and parents</li><li>use creative and innovative teaching practice to provide a rich environment that caters for diversity which in turn will meet the needs of all students</li><li>be able to successfully integrate technology into everyday learning and planning</li><li>have highly effective administrative and organisational skills.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per<a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"> Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
