Commencing Term 1, 2025: Assistant Director of Students Yr 10-12 – Full Time, POL 1 at a secondary boys school in the CBD.

<p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator with a passion for student wellbeing for the position of <strong>Assistant Director of Students (Years 10-12)</strong> . This role will assist in fostering student wellbeing and ensuring the smooth coordination of activities for Years 10-12, working closely with the Director of Students.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Director of Students to support the welfare, discipline, and academic progress of students</li><li>Assist in managing student behaviour and adherence to the College&#39;s Behaviour Management Policy</li><li>Oversee the implementation of pastoral care programs in line with College guidelines</li><li>Monitor the delivery of key year-level activities, such as the Year 12 Formal and Year 10 Work Experience</li><li>Foster a caring, orderly learning environment that supports students&#39; personal development and wellbeing</li></ul><p>The position will commence at the beginning of the 2025 school year and will hold a full-time ongoing teaching role on appointment, with a leadership tenure of 2 years.
