The College has achieved a well-deserved reputation for not only graduating great students but also developing a supportive, flexible, well-trained team of professionals that strive to achieve that highest level of customer service to our students, parents, guardians and our wonderful staff.</p><p>We are currently seeking an individual to join our Student Services team on a full-time basis. It requires a mature person with initiative, experience and exceptional organisation and planning skills. The successful applicant will have the ability to prioritise their own workload, as well as contributing to a high performing team environment.</p><p>Our Student Services Administrators report to the Student Services Manager and together provide a suite of internal and external services to our parents, students and staff. </p><p>The primary goal is to build strong long-lasting relationships with our parents, carers, students and teachers, always being mindful to take care of their needs and to enjoy the gift of service.</p><p>Overall, the Student Services team are responsible for:</p><ul><li>Supporting students’ attendance and administrative needs</li><li>Supporting medical services in First Aid and Sick Bay facilities</li><li>Maintaining student records through our student management systems and processes</li><li>Supporting print room management</li><li>Maintaining sports program administration</li><li>Assisting in the organisation of special College events</li><li>Maintaining bus/coach bookings for excursions</li><li>Maintaining camp/excursion administration</li><li>Facilitating WHS management including following up on Student Accident/Incident reports</li><li>Assist with covering Reception</li><li>Supporting the uniform policy</li></ul><p>Student Services is a fast-paced, high demand, evolving role. The College is seeking applicants who possess the following skills and qualities:</p><ul><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Highly developed time management skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines</li><li>Well presented with a professional, positive, warm and welcoming disposition</li><li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic and an enduring commitment to providing exceptional service</li><li>Ability to build and maintain exceptional services to all stakeholders</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication</li><li>Possess high level of discretion, privacy and confidentiality</li><li>Must have a collaborative approach, be comfortable with sharing responsibility, be loyal, courteous, respectful and a high level of integrity</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the challenges of a fluid environment</li><li>Demonstrated ability to plan and schedule work with general supervision from a team leader/teacher/higher level assistant</li><li>Ability to remain productive and positive despite challenges</li><li>Ability to be self-aware, self-regulate, self-motivate and empathise</li><li>Enjoy interacting and working with children</li></ul><p>The successful candidates will have:</p><ul><li>Previous experience working in the school sector</li><li>Have strong communication skills and strong computer literacy. Including, ideally, Sentral School Management System, Microsoft and Adobe products and has experience with the Funnel CRM.</li><li>Be a committed Christian with a strong understanding of your faith </li><li>An ability to assent to the College Statement of Faith</li><li>A current Working With Children Clearance</li></ul><p>This is an ongoing, permanent position and will provide up to 7 weeks of leave each year in alignment with the school holidays.</p>
