The successful candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding and practical knowledge of current learning and teaching understandings, the ability to use and analyse data strategically for continuous school improvement and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a Professional Learning Team. Our aim is to lead a progressive educational setting with coaching, leadership, learning and excitement.</p><p>Running alongside our core leadership work we acknowledge the role of the Deputy Principal also supports the principal and leadership team in management, organisational management, policies- creation and updates and improvement of the education of all students.
