<p><strong>About the College</strong></p><p>As a Catholic School, Thomas Carr College aims to educate our students with an appreciation of the spiritual as well as the intellectual and physical aspects of their lives. We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1300 students.</p><p>Our College continues to grow and embraces the Berry Street Education Model as a key strategy in supporting the learning and wellbeing needs of our students. Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The Student Growth Leader supports in the development and implementation of the College’s plan for analysing data for improved student outcomes. They work closely with the Director of Learning and Growth: Progression to analyse student data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Based on these insights, they develop targeted strategies to enhance student outcomes. Additionally, they work closely with teachers to be data-informed.
