The Instructional Specialist (Coordinator 3) aspect is temporary however the successful applicant will maintain a permanent teaching role. The Instructional Specialist is an exemplary classroom practitioner and a member of the school senior leadership team. The Instructional Specialist maintains a 0.6FTE classroom teaching load, and 0.4FTE working with their colleagues to model classroom practitioner excellence, improve learning outcomes and bring about change in the instruction of teachers K-6. <br /> <br />The Instructional Specialist is responsible for leading school wide teaching and learning initiatives, supporting teachers to deliver a high quality reformed curriculum, transforming pedagogical practice and ensuring excellent student outcomes.
