Whitefriars College is a Catholic boys school in the Carmelite tradition. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader for the position of Director - Learning Diversity commencing in 2025 (ongoing, 3 year appointment). <p>The Director - Learning Diversity at Whitefriars College is accountable to the Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching, the Deputy Principal – Staff and the Principal for the performance of his/her duties. </p><p>The Director - Learning Diversity is a significant leadership role in the school community. It is a Leadership position based on a model of Christian service. The Director - Learning Diversity is an ex officio member of the College Leadership Team, and exercises a unique professional relationship of support and loyalty to the leadership of the Principal, contributing in a way that shapes and implements the school’s vision that reflects the Catholic and Carmelite traditions of the College. </p><p>The Director - Learning Diversity requires a passion for their area. This is not only manifest in the degree of knowledge they possess, but also in the way they can inspire fellow staff who are their co-learners.
