The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to working collaboratively within the school community. <br><br>To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:</p><ul><li>knowledge and commitment to the Church's mission in Catholic Education and personal faith practice</li><li>ability to implement rigorous and engaging teaching and learning programs that meet the diverse needs of students and improve outcomes</li><li>sound understanding of NSW K-6 Curriculum, with a strong skill set in English and Mathematics pedagogy and practice</li><li>effective formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li><li>an excellent understanding of the use of data to establish challenging learning goals and provide feedback to students</li><li>excellent classroom management in supporting the wellbeing of students</li><li>ability to integrate ICT effectively and creatively to provide authentic learning opportunities</li><li>work collaboratively to improve classroom practice</li><li>willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
