St Paul's is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated teacher to be Literacy Leader and classroom teacher. This is a full time position: Literacy Leader allocation of 0.6FTE (3 days); classroom teacher allocation of 0.4FTE (2 days). This is a senior leadership role (POL 2) and will be part of the Leadership Team. The position is ongoing and will commence at the beginning of 2025.

<p>Year Level/Subject: Primary</p><p><strong>Role Description/Criteria:</strong></p><p>St Paul&#39;s is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated teacher to be Literacy Leader and classroom teacher. This is a full time position: Literacy Leader allocation of 0.6FTE (3 days); classroom teacher allocation of 0.4FTE (2 days). This is a senior leadership role (POL 2) within the school and will be part of the Leadership Team. The position is ongoing and will commence in Term 1.</p><p>The successful applicant would be committed to their own personal, spiritual and professional growth and that of their school community. You would be working with a committed and friendly staff team, within a strong and supportive school community.</p><p>The successful applicant will have the capacity to:</p><ul><li>oversee and drive the implementation of contemporary learning and pedagogy in the area of Literacy</li><li>work effectively to lead team and work within the Leadership Team</li><li>build and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents</li><li>provide effective differentiated teaching in the key areas of literacy </li><li>work flexibly and collaboratively within staff teams</li><li>support the Catholic ethos of the school.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Commitment to Child Safety:</strong></p><p>St Paul&#39;s is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.
