Applications are invited from suitably qualified, dynamic, experienced people for the position of Administration Officer – College Operations.

<p><strong>Our Lady of Mercy College Heidelberg is a Catholic secondary school for girls and a Ministry of Mercy Education Ltd.</strong></p><p>The primary focus of the position is to support the Head of College Operations particularly in the organisation of school activities.  The role also assists Student Reception on a daily basis.</p><p>The successful applicant will be highly motivated and have the capacity to work with limited supervision and within a team.</p><p><i>Applications must follow the requirements outlined on the website to be considered.</i></p><p><strong>Terms:</strong> full time, fixed term - 15 months</p><p><strong>Salary and conditions</strong> are in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022, Category C, Level 3.  Dependent upon qualifications and experience.</p><p><strong>Applications close:</strong> 9am, 23 September 2024.  Early applications are appreciated.  Interviews may be held during the advertising period and an appointment may be made prior to the close date.</p><p><strong>Start date: </strong>7 October 2024</p><p><i>Our school community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all students.</i></p>
