For commencement at the start of the 2025 school year, we are looking for a Heads of House at our Officer and Beaconsfield campuses. These positions have a 2-year tenure and hold a POL 3 allowance.

These positions have a 2-year tenure and hold a POL 3 allowance. <br /><br />We welcome applications from candidates looking for a part-time contract for potential job share.<br /><br /><strong>The successful applicants will also receive ongoing employment as a Classroom Teacher.</strong><br /><br />The Head of House is responsible for the wellbeing of students in their House. In partnership with the Care Group Teachers, and collaboration with support teams, they will oversee the holistic growth of the students in their care. <br /><br />The Head of House will develop student belonging and connectedness and promote House spirit. They will coordinate targeted and intensive support for students on a case-by-case basis.
