Base salary ranges from $91,413 to $136,142. Salary calculated on averaged conditions. Work during school-term only. Not required to work in school holidays</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li></ul><p><strong>About you </strong></p><p>As a Secondary teacher specialising in Mathematics you will be innovative, highly skilled and passionate. You will play a vital part in developing and implementing effective lesson plans to ensure high-quality student learning and engagement.</p><p>The successful candidate will demonstrate:</p><ul><li>commitment to the Catholic Church and a strong sense of faith</li><li>have a capacity to enliven the values of truth, empathy, excellence, curiosity and collaboration in students with regard to the Mission and Vision of Sydney Catholic Schools</li><li>qualified to teach Mathematics</li><li>be able to demonstrate differentiated pedagogical approaches to teaching and learning</li><li>understanding of effective classroom management techniques to promote a supportive and positive learning environment</li><li>capacity to plan and deliver engaging lessons that integrate evidence-based practices to maximise learning outcomes for students with diverse learning needs</li><li>be willing to undertake continued professional development and faith formation</li><li>support the College’s scholastic initiatives and promote its innovation in light of the Strategic Plan</li><li>be prepared to undertake leadership mentoring and training from peers and develop and demonstrate strong professional relationships with colleagues.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>minimum two years full time teaching experience</li><li>a Tertiary qualification in Education </li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). </li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Please click on the &#39;Apply&#39; button and follow the steps to submit your application.
