Not required to work in school holidays</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As part of the Learning Support team you will assist the classroom teacher in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes, through a holistic, student centred curriculum. <br><br>To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:</p><ul><li>a willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students</li><li>an understanding of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support</li><li>ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member</li><li>knowledge of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) register</li><li>a commitment to excellence in pedagogy</li><li>excellent communication and IT skills</li><li>ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
