<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our learning community and assist our students.</p> <p>The successful applicant will need to work under the direction of:</p> <ul> <li>the leadership team, specifically the Learning Diversity Leader, and the classroom teacher</li> </ul> <p>This position is part time from 8:40 am to 3:10 pm over 5 days or can negotiate to 4 days.</p> <p>The position begins in Term 1 2025 or Term 4 2024</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Special Requirements</strong></p> <p>The successful applicant will:</p> <ul> <li>demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education</li> <li>have relevant qualifications in education support within a primary school setting</li> <li>be caring, collaborative and enthusiastic&nbsp;</li> <li>be able to build and maintain professional and appropriate nurturing relationships with students, parents and colleagues</li> <li>be able to maintain confidentiality</li> <li>have a current Working with Children check and National Police check</li> <li>be flexible in carrying out a variety of tasks</li> <li>demonstrate initiative</li> </ul> <p>This position requires 1:1 support for students with additional needs.</p>
