This name celebrates the founding religious order for our primary school, the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart. Our school, catering for families in the parishes of Our Lady of the Annunciation Pagewood and St Agnes' Matraville, is a two-stream school borne from the amalgamation of the two previous parish primary schools.&nbsp;<br><br>At Sacred Heart, we have a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning with great academic results and experienced professional staff. Not required to work in school holidays</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As Classroom Teachers, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br><br>To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p><ul><li>create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li><li>demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies</li><li>utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li><li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li><li>support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li><li>demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being</li><li>integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per<a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"> Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
