We are seeking an experienced and motivated Early Childhood educator to join our professional team at Trinity Christian School Early Learning Centre.

However, our distinctive structure enables us to develop and support smaller caring communities of staff and families united by Christian vision, mission and values.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The Educational Leader will lead and support ongoing critical reflection to ensure the programs and practices continually meet the needs of children and ensure a high-quality Christian education is provided to all children. </p><p>The Educational Leader / Assistant Director will collaborate with the ELC and wider school teams to influence, inspire, motivate and support the teachers and educators in providing a Christian, authentic and play based early childhood program.  </p><p>The Assistant Director will take on responsibilities for the ELC when the Director is absent on leave. </p><p>The Educational Leader / Assistant Director is responsible to the Principal through the ELC Director and Head of School (P- 5).   </p><p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate leadership skills to collaborate with the Nominated Supervisor (Director), the ELC team and wider school community.</li><li>Collaborate with Teachers and Educators to plan, implement and evaluate a developmentally appropriate program for early childhood education.</li><li>Have a thorough working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the relevant early childhood legislation and regulations which govern the provision of Early Learning Centre.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to work successfully as part of a team including the ability to critically reflect on your practice and attitudes and how these affect the wider team culture. </li><li>Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to a positive and professional team culture.</li><li>Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Applicants are required to complete the <strong>online application form</strong> at www.tcs.act.edu.au/employment and provide an <strong>Expression of Interest</strong> and <strong>Curriculum Vitae</strong>.</p><p>For further information about the School, please visit our school website www.tcs.act.edu.au</p><p><strong>Position specific queries:</strong> Please contact Trinity HR on 02 6210 7500 or email <a href="mailto:employment&#64;tcs.act.edu" rel="nofollow">employment&#64;tcs.act.edu</a>.au </p>
