This role is a job share arrangement and covers the job share partner’s substantive 1.0FTE position. This role is required to work the following days in the partnership arrangement:</p><ul> <li><em>Week A: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday </em></li> <li><em>Week B: Thursday and Friday </em></li></ul><p>This teaching position will commence Term 1, 2025, conclude at the end of Term 4, 2025, and report to the English Coordinator. It will work collaboratively within the English department and across all year groups, undertaking responsibilities within the team as required by the coordinator. The English department is highly successful and fosters a culture of continuous improvement committed to student-centered practice.</p><p>The College offers excellent support to all teachers to enable them to develop on their professional journey through professional development.
