This is why we have taken the initiative to get ahead of the market and offer the following unique benefits to our staff:</p><ul><li><strong>Higher pay:</strong> We have recently finalised our CSBB Enterprise Agreement which guarantees your pay will be at least 1.5% above the NSW Department of Education</li><li><strong>More time: </strong>We provide every primary and secondary classroom teacher with collaborative planning time (CPT), in addition to the usual release from face-to-face</li><li><strong>Staff voice: </strong>Our Enterprise Agreement reflects our deep commitment to having systems in place which give our frontline staff a genuine voice in their work</li><li><strong>Staff School Fee Discounts: </strong>Eligible staff receive a 25% discount on their children’s school fees at our schools, pro-rated to their FTE</li><li><strong>Wellbeing Support: </strong>we provide a robust wellbeing program to ensure our staff thrive and grow.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support and assist in the implementation of innovations in curriculum, pedagogy and digital technologies into the learning environment. </li><li>Collaborate with teachers to plan, teach, evaluate and assess to ensure effective integration of information literacy, research, reading, literature, literacy and trans literacy skills into curriculum areas. </li><li>Create and nurture an information-rich learning environment which supports the needs of the Precinct and College community</li><li>Deliver engaging, relevant and dynamic learning experiences for secondary students. </li><li>Develop and deliver lessons in the use of information resources and referencing tools. </li><li>Plan, teach and evaluate collaboratively with other teachers to ensure the effective integration of information resources, technologies and collaborative tools into student learning with a focus on team teaching. </li><li>Assist with collection and resource development and management of information resources in a variety of formats. </li><li>Ensure the library is a welcoming and supportive learning environment for students. </li><li>Provide access to information resources through an efficient system for organising, retrieving and circulating resources.</li></ul><p>This is a newly created role designed to work with the school leadership team, colleagues and external entities to support the learning and teaching of students via the provision of engaging and relevant library and learning hub services, across The Precinct and College.</p><p><strong>About us, our Vision and our Towards 2025 Strategy</strong></p><p>Our Vision is to provide &#39;authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion&#39;.
