You will enjoy the opportunities found in a small school environment as well as experiencing ‘Outback Australia’.  As part of our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional education tailored to the needs of our community, we are exploring the possibility of expanding into Senior School commencing in 2025 (Yrs 10 &amp; 11) and 2026 (Yr 12).</p><p>Currently we are a Prep to Year 9 school of 75 amazing students.</p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Learning Enrichment Teacher who is looking for a little adventure !  Have you ever thought of living and working remotely and experiencing all that Outback Australia has to offer.  We encourage our teachers to work with their strengths and share their gifts and talents with our students and College community.  </p><p>Your role will encompass:</p><ul><li>NCCD - managing all NCCD data inputs from department and teaching staff to ensure maximum funding is accessible by the school to support students</li><li>Learning Strategies - communication and support for the teaching team regarding developing learning strategies and programs for students with needs</li><li>Whole school involvement - working with all students in the College, as required</li><li>Working in a team environment - developing and managing your own team of Teacher Assistants.</li></ul><p>The successful applicant will have a minimum of five (5) years&#39; experience in a Learning Enrichment Department and be able to demonstrate a high level of teaching practice, have a thorough knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy, and possess a strong commitment to Christian Education.</p><p>This full-time role will commence Term 1, 2025, and be an intrinsic member of our College. </p><p>A generous salary package is offered, including modern accommodation with significant rental subsidy, allowance for remote living, annual travel allowance you can use for yourself, family or friends, and relocation allowances.
