This is why we have taken the initiative to get ahead of the market and offer the following unique benefits to our staff:</p><ul><li><strong>Higher pay:</strong> We have recently finalised our CSBB Enterprise Agreement which guarantees your pay will be at least 1.5% above the NSW Department of Education</li><li><strong>Staff voice: </strong>Our Enterprise Agreement reflects our deep commitment to having systems in place which give our frontline staff a genuine voice in their work</li><li><strong>Staff School Fee Discounts: </strong>Eligible staff receive a 25% discount on their children’s school fees at our schools, pro-rated to their FTE</li><li><strong>Wellbeing Support: </strong>we provide a robust wellbeing program to ensure our staff thrive and grow.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborates with the Precinct Lead, Principal, providing strategic leadership in the financial management of all the precinct schools </li><li>Provides advice and coaching to the College Principal on financial management matters </li><li>Provides the Precinct Lead and Principal with analysis, insights and clear recommendations to enhance the Financial Viability of the College/Precinct </li><li>Ensures sound resource planning, coordinates, prepares and monitors annual College/Precinct budgets and medium to long term financial planning </li><li>Manages all statutory non-curricular administrative and financial  </li><li>Ensures compliance with non-curriculum requirements for College/Precinct/System registration and funding </li><li>Provides high level support and advice to the Precinct Lead and Principal on administrative matters compliance areas </li><li>Develops and manages the building, plant, and site maintenance program</li><li>Supervises and maintains the College/Precinct cleaning program¿ </li><li>Develops, maintains, and implements effective processes and procedures to manage and minimise risk</li><li>Manages all statutory non-curricular building, facilities, and maintenance compliance areas</li><li>Manages the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning needs of the College/Precinct, including engagement and supervision of trades people and maintenance contractors</li><li>Leads, in close collaboration with the CSBB Community Engagement Manager, the College Principal and Precinct Lead, the promotion of the school/precinct to drive enrolments</li></ul><p>This is a newly created role is responsible for the safe, efficient and financially sustainable running of the Northern Beaches Precinct, College campus and other support services including managing Precinct/College support staff (who do not directly support classroom activities) and contractors.
